We’re looking for a Credit manager who can sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations—someone who understands when to say yes, when to say not yet, and how to structure deals to keep the business moving without exposing unnecessary risk.Credit Manager ResponsibilitiesCash Flow PerformanceOwn the company’s cash conversion cycle—this is your scoreboardDrive down past due balances and unlock cash tied up in receivablesIdentify trends early (slow payers, risky accounts, problem projects) and take actionDeal Support & Commercial DecisioningPartner directly with Sales on new and existing customer opportunitiesStructure credit terms that enable deals without sacrificing protectionReview contracts, payment terms, and risk exposure before deals are finalizedBe the voice of reason when deals get aggressiveCollections Strategy Build targeted collection strategies by customer type, size, and risk profilePersonally step into high-dollar or sensitive accounts when neededTurn around difficult situations—disputes, strained relationships, stalled paymentsOperational InfluenceIdentify breakdowns between billing, operations, and collections—and fix themPush for cleaner invoicing, better documentation, and fewer disputes upfrontImprove how the business thinks about credit—not just how it enforces itCredit Manager Qualifications5+ years in credit, collections, or receivables in a fast-moving environmentExperience working cross-functionally with Sales and/or OperationsStrong instincts around customer risk (financials are helpful—but not the whole story)Ability to operate with autonomy and make real decisionsSalary $120-135K#INAPR2026
