The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality, and contributing to a cohesive team environment. This role involves preparing mise-en-place, cooking protein dishes, and upholding our standards of excellence.

Requirements:
1-2 years of upscale restaurant kitchen experience
Proficiency in various cooking styles and techniques
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently and uphold quality standards
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook vegetable accompaniments for protein dishes
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all protein dishes
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow health and safety guidelines
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Physical Demands:
Work indoors in a moderate temperature environment
Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly
Use manual dexterity for equipment
Perform tasks like bending, climbing, and repetitive motions
Notes:
