Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
An opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator is available for a well-organized and detailed oriented individual who can multi-task, utilize critical thinking skills, and prioritize and complete multiple conflicting and time sensitive tasks.
The HR Coordinator:
Coordinates all Recruitment activities including posting open positions, creating flyers and ads, attending and developing recruitment events, sharing openings with community partners, and actively recruiting for open positions.
Develops and maintains employee recognition, engagement, and retention programs and initiatives.
Chairs the Employee Relations Committee which develops initiatives centered on engagement and retention.
Performs various administrative responsibilities; development and maintenance of most HR forms, service recognitions, distributing and processing various forms, Affirmative Action data management, etc.
Upholds confidentiality standards within the Human Resources department
Assists the HR Director and Manager with special projects.
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years’ of experience in a Human Resources department. Transferrable experience may be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and a SHRM-CP certification are preferred.
Pay Range: $17-$18/hr.
