Sls Associate

Associates provide customers with a high level of customer service, continually work to develop their knowledge and expertise with our broad product line, and contribute to varying other tasks as needed. Production of profit and sales. Continual development of product knowledge and customer service techniques. Using basic POS functions for performing transactions and checking inventory information. Some associates will be asked to contribute in fitness sales. Secondary Responsibilities Assisting in general facility maintenance, cleaning, and restocking. Provide feedback to purchasers about product performance. Potential wide variety of other assignments; see below. Signs of High Effectiveness Production of profit and sales Excellent feedback from customers Clear communication and functional relationships with teammates Contribution to secondary job responsibilities Schedule Associates work a variety of schedules depending on their situation. All associates are expected to work a minimum of one weekend shift, with remaining shifts divided between evenings and days. Major surges are to be expected during the Labor Day and Expo sales. Extra weekend shifts will be required occasionally. Other off-hours events like vendor clinics and company meetings are to be expected intermittently. Variations in assignment Associates are reassigned frequently depending on customer traffic and the needs of other departments. Examples of other assignments include: building or pre-building bikes, helping with major maintenance projects, transferring/delivering product and equipment, clerical work, and many more.
