Position Title: Physical Therapist - Home HealthLocation: Orlando, FLGuaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)Compensation: (Based on experience)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and help patients restore mobility, strength, and independence.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home safety, and equipment use.Document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.Ensure compliance with all home health policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Required Qualifications:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (required).Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License (required).Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience (home health experience).Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Current CPR/BLS certification.Ready to join us?
