This position is designed for early-career professionals with foundational experience gained through internships, co-ops, or entry-level industry or government roles. The analyst will support growth initiatives and internal operations while gaining hands-on exposure to the federal acquisition lifecycle. This individual will regularly communicate with numerous individuals, including employees, managers, and other vendors, making communications proficiency essential.Primary DutiesBusiness Development, Capture & Proposal SupportSupport the Business Development team identifying and tracking federal opportunities using SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, USASpending, and agency forecast toolsConduct market and customer research on federal agencies, mission priorities, competitors, and contract vehiclesAssist capture teams with pipeline tracking and perform various analysesSupport proposal development efforts, including content coordination, schedule tracking, and document formattingCreate summaries of opportunities including requirements and evaluation criteriaMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with accurate pipeline and capture dataVarious other administrative support activities as assignedHR SupportProvide support to the HR manager and recruiting team including maintaining files and updating databasesAssist with employee onboarding, including documentation collection, coordination with HR/IT/security, and onboarding checklistsMaintain/update employee resumesSupport internal tracking of resumes, labor categories, and staffing documentation for proposalsAdministrative & Onboarding SupportAnswer and route incoming phone calls and emailsProvide administrative support including scheduling, document management, and meeting coordinationManage suppliesMaintain organized records and shared drives in accordance with company policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field (or in progress)Minimum of 6 months – 2 years of relevant administrative support experienceInternships, co-ops, and academic project experience countStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Must be proficient in online researchProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsExposure to federal contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs)Exposure to federal contracting tools (SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, USASpending)Experience using CRM tools for opportunity tracking and reportingExposure to proposal development and capture support (RFIs, RFPs, RFQsWork Schedule and LocationThis is a full-time position located at the corporate offices in Arlington, Virginia. There is an option for remote work 1-2 days per week.
