Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth running. Duties - Maintain office operations and procedures - Manage team timesheets/payroll using Quickbooks - Manage office accounts payables/receivables using Quickbooks -Reconcile bank statements - Handle scheduling, including appointments and meetings - Create Invoices and Estimates using Quickbooks - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Must be able to work well with others and self-motivated. Requirements -Excellent Quickbooks knowledge -Excellent Excell knowledge - - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Previous experience in office management or a similar role - Knowledge of basic HR functions - Familiarity with payroll processes - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work Location: In person
