Potential employee will be compensated with a rent-free room in the residence, while also being compensated 1000$ a month. As part of the role requirements, the selected candidate must be available and on-site during evening hours (7:00 PM-7:00 AM), daily to provide coverage.Crestone WellnessJob DescriptionJob Title: House ManagerReports To: Director of Recovery ServicesFLSA Status: Non-ExemptDate Prepared: April 2026SUMMARYYou will report to the Director of Recovery Services of the facility and will interact with senior and clinical management of the facility. Your chief responsibilities will be to assist the staff in the management and execution of day-to-day operations of one of our sober living environments. You will facilitate house meetings, groups, and will be directly involved in monitoring and mentoring the clients. You will also be providing a structured environment that is conducive to our clients' recovery and managing the client's experience at Crestone Wellness. You will be familiar with all Crestone's staff members, programs, and properties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned.Uphold all Crestone's Policy and ProceduresAct as a Liaison between patients and staff and relay pertinent patient information, including observations, toappropriate clinicaland recovery staffFacilitate weekly house meetingsFacilitate morning and evening discipline groupsFacilitate daily choresMed ObservationAssistin Admission/Intake of the sober living environmentKeep all compliance, training, and continued education up to date.Monitoring of client activitiesClient safety checksMaintain a clean environment that istour ready at all times*Perform duties assigned by Director of Recovery Services*Supervise daily patient operations and always act in a manner sensitive to their needs and best interestProvide thorough,accurate, andtimelydocumentation of any services delivered to patientsCommunicate and set limits with culturally diverse patientsMaintain the safety of the patients and the security of the residenceProtect patient confidentialityin accordance withcompany policyPresent in the residence from 7:00pm to 7:00amQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Some work experience required, work experience in helping profession preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
