Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Easton, MDContract Type: TravelDuration: 13 weeksShift: 3x12 Nights (7:00pm-7:30am)Pay: $2,041.20/weekCompletion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)Job DescriptionATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a fast-paced acute care setting serving adult and geriatric patients. This role focuses on cardiac and medical telemetry patients with complex diagnoses and high census volume. Nurses must be comfortable with dysrhythmia management, cardiac drips, and stepdown-level care. Floating to lower-acuity units and a nearby affiliated location may be required. First-time travelers are accepted.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to adult and geriatric telemetry patientsPerform continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretationRecognize and manage dysrhythmias and cardiac eventsManage cardiac and vasoactive drips (per protocol)Care for pre/post cardiac cath, stroke, and cardiac patientsManage central lines, PICCs, and peripheral IVsAdminister blood and blood productsSupport respiratory therapies including BiPAP, CPAP, and HFNCFollow oxygen and non-invasive airway protocolsMaintain isolation precautions and PPE standardsDocument all patient care in Epic EMRFloat within specialty and to lower-acuity or sister units as neededQualificationsActive Maryland RN license or compact license required at submissionMinimum 2 years of recent telemetry experience requiredFirst-time travelers acceptedBLS certification (AHA) requiredACLS certification (AHA) requiredNIHSS certification requiredCPI certification required (may be completed during orientation)Epic charting experience preferredDysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry skills requiredMust meet 50-mile travel radius requirementBenefitsWeekly pay with competitive ratesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchReferral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our networkFlexible schedules and dedicated recruiter supportAbout ATC HealthcareATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
