Field Leadership (Non-Negotiable)Conduct consistent ride-alongs with sales reps across FloridaCoach in real time: discovery, positioning, objection handling, closingLead by example in front of customers, not behind reports2. Territory & Market ExpansionIdentify white space and underpenetrated verticalsDrive new business development strategies across regionsAlign sales efforts with construction cycles and seasonal demand3. Sales Execution & CoachingLead customer meetings, job walks, and technical discussionsSupport team on estimates, proposals, and solution designRun lunch & learns, contractor visits, and on-site engagement4. Barrier Removal & EnablementIdentify operational or internal friction slowing down dealsPartner cross-functionally to improve speed, service, and deliveryEnsure reps are equipped to win—tools, messaging, and confidence5.
