Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Heavy equipment operators to work on residential and commercial projects within the construction industry. This role combines hands-on excavation work with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a solid understanding of pipeline systems, schematics, and reading and understanding blueprints. Your expertise will drive project success from planning through execution, fostering a collaborative team environment while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
