Outreach And Partnerships Manager, Brazil Trust & Safety (Multiple Positions)Location: San FranciscoTeam: Global OperationsEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A47478ResponsibilitiesLead research, identification, and collaboration efforts with external stakeholders including academics, NGOs, civil society organizations, and thought leaders to leverage their expertise and resources to develop corresponding regional and global safety policy and product features.Collaborate with internal teams to draft strategic outreach plans to enhance user-safety and increase trust in the platform within LATAM (Brazil) and globally.Work with LATAM (Brazil)- and U.S.-based teams to ensure that the development of internal policies and features are informed and validated by respected and diverse external voices.Establish strategic and synergistic relationships with key external stakeholders in LATAM (Brazil) such as academics, NGOs, and thought leaders to gather feedback and test ideas that will enhance policies and products related to safety.Collaborate with government relations, public relations, and others in LATAM (Brazil) and the U.S. to define safety programs and features in the platform.Act as a principal representative for the company's Trust & Safety policy portfolio, articulating the strategic intent, governance frameworks, and operational execution of safety initiatives across external and internal audiences.QualificationsMust have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, International Security, Law, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, International Security, Law, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing socio and cultural landscape in Latin America, including safety-related challenges, regulatory trends, and current events; Negotiating policy development and implementation amongst stakeholders with competing priorities; Providing data-driven information regarding policies related to tech policy advocacy, safety, or human development to technical and non-technical stakeholders; Managing projects related to tech advocacy and safety with NGOs, including research, strategic planning, communications, and program evaluation; Collecting and analyzing data to anticipate, identify, and evaluate business risks and to develop integrated controls; and Interfacing directly with team members, stakeholders, and organization leaders to communicate objectives, status, risk, and updates.Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 25%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: San Francisco, CASalary Range: $147000 - $270000 per year
