As a RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.Team Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary (between $70,000-$85,000 based on experience)Health insurancePaid holidays (7 paid holidays)Paid time off (13 PTO days to start)Use of company issued vehicle during working hoursLeadership development and training opportunities to advance your careerRole on the Team (Job Functions):Write detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate and SymbilityPrepare estimates for both restoration projects and remodeling projectsClearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster, onsite as neededPerform on-site inspections to develop an accurate scope of workCommunicate with insurance adjusters regarding pricing, scope, and revisionsDocument with photos, measurements, and detailed notes to support estimatesEnsure estimates comply with insurance carrier guidelines and industry standardsQualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience writing estimates for restoration projects (resulting from fire and water damage) and remodeling projectsStrong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility is a mustExperience working with insurance carriers and adjustersStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to manage multiple projects and work independentlyHighly organized and professionalAre you Paul Davis?Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
