Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsSkills:- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Proficient in using occupational therapy assessment tools and equipment- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in occupational therapy-Willing to travel to Aurora, Denver, Lakewood, and LittletonPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Referral programWork Location: In Person
