About the JobRole: .NET Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Austin / Dallas, TX – OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 6–10 YearsStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in developing rich web applications using C#, .NET, WebAPI, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with distributed development teams, and interacting directly with customer stakeholders.This role also involves providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and contributing to design and technical problem-solving activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain rich web applications using C#, .NET, WebAPI, and modern UI technologies.Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.Build and integrate Web APIs and Web Services.Develop high-quality, scalable applications following established design and development practices.Perform unit testing and support Test-Driven Development (TDD).Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment and participate in SDLC activities.Collaborate with distributed development teams and coordinate technical activities.Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development team members.Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately.Prioritize and delegate technical work while ensuring quality and timely delivery.Apply strong design thinking and technical problem-solving skills to complex challenges.Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, where appropriate.Required Qualifications6–10 years of professional software development experience.At least 6 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.Strong experience developing rich web applications.Hands-on experience with WebAPI and Web Services.Strong experience with Angular 8+ or similar modern web frameworks.Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.Strong understanding of TDD and unit testing.Experience with Jasmine and Karma is preferred.Experience with JIRA, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.Strong knowledge of Agile development and SDLC.Excellent technical design and problem-solving skills.Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to development teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Microservices and Micro UI/Micro Frontend architectures.Experience with AWS, Azure, Pivotal, or other cloud platforms.Experience working with distributed/offshore development teams.Experience in a customer-facing technical role.Experience leading or mentoring a team of approximately 6–10 developers.Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
