Inventory & Stock Manager

The Stock Manager role includes but is not limited to: Managing inventory bins and contents Ensuring racks in store are full at start and end of each day Works with Store Manager and Owner to maintain a seamless inventory rotation system using existing inventory software program Manually moves bins (up to 40 lb. ea.) whenever necessary from back room to off-site storage area to keep inventory on floor fresh and back stock rotating Tags and back-stocks new items daily, ensuring accurate organization of items and inventory tracking system Planning for and organizing 2+ monthly store events; ensuring inventory levels meet event minimums Communicating with Store Manager, owner and staff relative to inventory needs and overages ensuring a balance is in place at all times. Conducts inventory of inventory bins monthly with owner and/or Store Manager. Reviews Inventory reports with owner to determine inventory levels Prepares items/bins for sales events Maintains cleanliness of back room at all times Requirements: Must have full availability; 30 hours week including some weekends Must have minimum 2 years work experience and one full year at previous workplace Excellent work-related/supervisor reference(s) Look good.
