Support the Customer Experience team:Assist in the 3D Process alongside the Customer Success team and 3D teamContribute to the creation of Help Center content (videos, training articles, etc.)Communicate with clients on operational topics and ensure smooth project follow-upHandle and grow your own client portfolio with renewal and upsells2. Assist with customer support:Partner with the 3D and product teams to ensure perfect execution of client projectsGuide clients on best practices for content production with OmiAnticipate client needs and proactively address potential risks to retentionContribute to shaping Customer Success processes, playbooks, and best practices3. Customer support & enablementDeliver fast onboarding and tailored training sessions to clientsSupport clients with their requests and ensure quick, effective solutionsRepresent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and feature developmentProfile we’re looking for:Native English speaker (mandatory)Based in NYC or the surrounding areaBachelor’s degree (Business School or equivalent)Organized, detail-oriented, and reliableStrong communicator with a customer-first mindsetFirst experience in a client-facing role (customer support, sales, onboarding, account management, etc.)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
