Critical Care/Trauma Physician Assistant

A dynamic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team in the Rocky Mountains is seeking a full-time Nocturnist APP, to play a key role in providing advanced overnight surgical and trauma care within one of Colorado s leading high-acuity medical centers.Provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts.Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient care.Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests.Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.Maintain all documentation and clinical workflows in Epic EMR.Practice autonomously and handle multiple complex tasks appropriately.Support quality, safety, and performance metrics of the Trauma Surgery service. Engage in professional development and potential leadership opportunitiesMust have two (2) years of trauma surgery experience or the completion of a surgical fellowship.
