Team Supervisor - Plastics ManufacturingThe Team Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the operations of Monoflo shift Assemblers, Assembler Leads, and Forklift Operators. Together, our teams work to configure, label, stack, inventory and move Monoflo products throughout our facilities. This position is a unique leadership opportunity, and its holder represents, and accounts for, some of our organization's most important functions and people. Team Supervisors have transferable skills, an ability to learn our products, lead their team members, and work closely with our Technical Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Safety and HR groups.What You'll Do:Manage, supervise and develop Team Members.
