We’re Looking For Experienced Healthcare Staffing Business DevelopersWe’re expanding Talented Medical Solutions and are looking to connect with experienced Business Development professionals in healthcare staffing who are ready to build and scale their own book of business.This is not a traditional job post.This is for individuals who already understand the industry and are confident in their ability to open doors, build relationships, and generate new client partnerships in healthcare staffing.What We’re Looking ForExperience in healthcare staffing business developmentAbility to bring in new hospital, clinic, or healthcare system clientsFamiliarity with VMS/MSP environments (preferred)Strong ability to work independently in a performance-based modelCompensation StructureCommission-based structure tied to net gross margin per placement (after VMS fees and operational costs)20% commission on new business (first 6-12 months from first placement)10% ongoing residual income on accounts you buildUncapped earning potentialWhat We ProvideFull recruiting and fulfillment supportEstablished infrastructure and operational teamRemote flexibilityLeadsLeadership involvement in onboarding and strategic client growthImportantThis is a commission-only opportunity.
