Sr. Superintendent- Multi-family Construction - $150k+

About the Role:We are a leading multi-family developer in Raleigh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in garden-style apartment construction. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality residential communities.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects, from site mobilization to final closeout.Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and field personnel.Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.Conduct daily inspections, identify and resolve construction issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent in multi-family construction, with a strong emphasis on garden-style apartment projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.OSHA 30 certification required.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a successful company.Challenging and rewarding work on high-quality multi-family projects.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
