Athletic Territory Sales Representative

Position SummaryVertical Raise is seeking experienced and highly motivated former athletes and coaches to join our team as Territory Athletic Sales Managers. This role is ideal for individuals ready to transition from the classroom, athletic office, or coaching environment into a dynamic, field‐based career supporting school athletic programs.In the Tri‐Cities region, you will work directly with major athletic programs such as Chiawana High School, Pasco High School, Richland High School, Kamiakin High School, Southridge High School, and Kennewick High School, along with middle schools, club teams, and collegiate programs. You'll help them run high‐impact fundraising campaigns using our industry‐leading digital platform.This position offers full schedule autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student‐athletes and school communities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and school administratorsPresent and promote the Vertical Raise fundraising platform and servicesGuide teams through the planning, launch, and execution of fundraising campaignsEnsure client satisfaction and help programs exceed their fundraising goalsRepresent Vertical Raise with professionalism, integrity, and community‐focused leadershipQualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience as a coach or athletic director at the NCAA or high school level (REQUIRED) OR 4 years of collegiate or professional athletic experience (REQUIRED)Strong understanding of school athletic programs and fundraising needsDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyHighly competitive, self‐driven, and results‐orientedExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree (REQUIRED)Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)What We OfferComplete autonomy over your work scheduleUncapped commission structure with performance‐based bonuses (10/99 Independent Contractor)Protected sales territories and residual income opportunitiesA flexible, field‐based role that keeps you connected to athleticsThe opportunity to make a lasting impact on student‐athletes and school communitiesAbout Vertical RaiseVertical Raise is the leading online fundraising platform for athletic teams, fine arts programs, and community organizations across the United States and Canada.
