Lead Full Stack EngineerWe are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, reliable, and innovative software solutions. This role requires an experienced engineer with deep expertise across both front-end and back-end development, proven leadership in guiding technical teams, and a strong ability to establish best practices while driving high-quality product delivery.Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on software development experience with TypeScript, Golang, or Python5+ years of expertise with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux)4+ years working with containerization and deployment technologies (Docker)4+ years of database experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL4+ years with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar4+ years leveraging APM and monitoring platforms (AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana)Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf) to rapidly prototype and accelerate feature developmentMUST BE US CITIZEN AND ELIGIBLE FOR US GOVT. SECURITY CLEARANCE, CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE DMV
