The organization is dedicated to instilling safety, resilience, and confidence through intelligent support capabilities.NCSC/MCD Team LeadNational Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) / Mission Capabilities Directorate (MCD)Position SummaryThe NCSC/MCD Team Lead serves as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the NCSC/MCD support effort. This individual is responsible for directing team activities, including contractor personnel across multiple locations, and serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Sponsor program authorities and representatives on technical and project-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the NCSC/MCD team in support of mission objectives and program requirements.Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and Sponsor leadership on technical, operational, and project-related issues.Provide regular status updates and milestone briefings to leadership.Oversee contractor personnel and project operations through the development of procedures, planning activities, and execution oversight.Direct and manage contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts.Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the NCSC/MCD mission and remain informed of evolving requirements and programmatic changes to ensure effective support.Track, manage, and control costs, including labor hours for level-of-effort work, to support effective contract performance and minimize cost overruns.Required QualificationsMinimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT operations and maintenance (O&M) support and system enhancement projects.Experience developing decision-quality materials, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and executive action tracking.Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy, including vendor management and enterprise licensing concepts.Active security clearance required (level determined by contract requirements). Desired QualificationsExperience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes in support of counterintelligence and security missions.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Eight (8) years of relevant experie
