Conduct testing on raw, in-process, and finished products. Monitor and maintain lab equipment performance. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs. Record and communicate test results accurately. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support continuous improvement of food safety practices. Maintain updated documentation and records. Assist with advanced testing under supervision. Handle basic administrative and support tasks. Follow safety procedures and technical guidelines. Prepare simple reports and documentation.
