Key Responsibilities Deliver graduate-level instruction in Organizational Behavior and Leadership while maintaining academic rigor Mentor students by connecting course content to contemporary business practices Maintain an active course presence and engage students in discussions that promote critical thinking Required Qualifications Master's degree in a related field required; terminal degree preferred Demonstrated professional expertise in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Experience teaching or facilitating learning with adult learners in online or professional settings Familiarity with andragogical principles and adult learning practices Proficiency with or willingness to learn the Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System
