Director of Reporting & Pricing – Legal Industry Leadership Role (5+ years of experience in reporting, pricing, or financial analysis (legal industry required).Looking to lead a high-impact team in a top-tier, collaborative law firm? Our client, known for innovation, employee development, and a culture of excellence, is seeking a Director of Reporting & Pricing.What you’ll do:Manage and mentor the pricing/reporting and client/timekeeper data teams.Conduct performance evaluations and approve timecards/PTO for your team.Oversee monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.Develop pricing proposals for RFPs while ensuring compliance with firm policies.Partner with leadership, practice groups, finance, business development, and data teams to ensure accurate and streamlined reporting.Lead matter budgets, client rates, and profitability analysis.Build and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports to deliver actionable insights.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in reporting, pricing, or financial analysis (legal industry required).3+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams.Advanced technical skills in Aderant, Power BI, MS Excel, and SQL (Azure experience a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate across departments and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Why you’ll love it here:Lead and develop a team in a supportive, innovative, and high-performing environment.Competitive salary: $175k – $300k, plus potential bonuses.Opportunity to shape pricing strategy and reporting processes at a respected law firm.This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on both the team and the business while growing in a leadership role.
