Maintenance 3 - Technician

The Maintenance Technician III/ Lead Tech performs skilled work in the specialized and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems and building systems and equipment. This position may have lead/supervisory responsibilities.Schedule: Full-Time* Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)Pay Range: $22-24.00/hour, depending on experienceTo be successful in the role, you would have:6+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience1+ years of supervisory experienceCertification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent & valid Drivers' License and driving record free of major infractionsAvailability that includes evenings and some weekendsA day in the life may include:Perform maintenance for units, common areas, building systems, and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, and general repairsRespond to work orders and maintenance emergencies in a timely mannerPrepare and turn over vacant units to ensure readiness for new residentsConduct inspections and preventive maintenance to support efficient facility operationsCoordinate with vendors and contractors as neededMaintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe, organized conditionDocument work performed and communicate maintenance issues to managementMaintain a clean, safe environment that supports residents' quality of lifePerform other duties as assignedensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company's mission, vision and core beliefsWhat's in it for you?At HumanGood, we're driven by purpose-reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive.
