Job Summary Job Title: B2B Business Development Representative – Commercial Refrigeration Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid / Field-based) Compensation: Commission-based (high earning potential) About Us Magic Refrigeration is a commercial refrigeration service company based in Chicago. We specialize in servicing commercial refrigeration equipment, factory warranty work, and ongoing maintenance for manufacturers, supermarkets, and commercial facilities. We are looking for a motivated B2B Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base by building relationships with manufacturers and commercial accounts. Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B clients in the commercial refrigeration industry Build relationships with manufacturers, supermarkets, retail chains, and food service companies Present our commercial refrigeration services to decision-makers Secure service agreements, warranty service partnerships, and long-term maintenance contracts Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts Work independently in the field and report progress regularly Required Experience Proven B2B sales or business development experience Experience working with: Commercial refrigeration manufacturers Supermarkets and retail chains Food service companies HVAC / commercial refrigeration equipment Factory warranties Commercial equipment installers Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and results-driven Familiarity with the Chicago / Illinois market is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits Commission-based compensation Competitive commission percentages per closed contract Recurring commissions for ongoing service accounts (optional structure) Flexible schedule High growth opportunity with a specialized service company Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for: Independent sales professionals Manufacturer’s representatives Outside B2B sales reps Business developers with industry contacts Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $3,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lyons, IL 60534
