Every day you'll use your skills to distill complex business and technology subjects, then collaborate with fellow creatives and strategists to turn what you learn into smart, effective campaigns aimed at business decision makers in the US.Work You Will Do:Lead the development of creative concepting and copy for cross-channel campaign assets, including marketing collateral, video/motion graphics, experiential concepts, high-level branding, infographics, web development, social media, email, event sponsorships, and moreCollaborate with creative directors, art directors, designers, and other team mates to deliver smart, engaging creative work that delivers business impactCollaborate with marketers and business leaders to research topics and develop points of view on issues that matter to our clients; identify and clarify business priorities, solicit inputs, and develop key messages for campaign deliverablesEffectively present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to make the work strongerBe an innovator. Continually recommend new creative channels, technology, approaches, or assets for campaigns. You're a creative-not just a writerManage external resources as needed to deliver projectsCoach younger talent, develop relationships with internal clients and fellow marketers, and play an active role on the creative team by leading internal task forces and strategic initiativesThe successful candidate will possess:A diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to develop, write and produce campaigns on complex business-to-business subjects such as tax, regulations, technology, among others. Examples should include a wide range of channels and tactics including video, social, print advertising, web, digital experiences and out of homeThe ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and changing requirementsExecutive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategyLead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your coachees to expand their own networks and broaden their understanding.A proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines without oversightPolished interpersonal skills. You present ideas with thoughtful insight and enthusiasm and are comfortable leading conversations with senior leaders and highly intellectual thinkers.Conceptual and strategic thinking: You can balance creativity and innovation with business priorities and proof pointsRequired Qualifications:Please be sure portfolio is linked in your resume8+ years of in-house or agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns, with a compelling portfolio of distinctive work.Experience supervising and delegating work within collaborative teams, with a proven ability to provide effective, actionable creative feedback to inspire teams and help junior talent grow and improveClear, concise writing, with the ability to distill complex, emerging ideas into easily understood languageFluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and videoExperience with AI writing and concept development tools.Exceptional copy editing and proofreading skillsExperience with marketing professional services (consulting), financial services, or tax preferredBachelor's/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degreeAbility to travel as neededLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
