*Overview* Prolink is partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a *Lead Operator* to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior *line packaging experience* who enjoy leading production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. *Shift:* 2nd Shift *Pay:* $24-$26/hr *Requirements:* * Previous line packaging experience (required) * Prior manufacturing experience * Ability to lead and support production team members * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer and documentation skills *Responsibilities:* * Lead daily packaging line operations to meet production goals * Monitor line performance and troubleshoot minor production issues * Train and assist production team members * Ensure quality, safety, and packaging standards are met * Complete production documentation and communicate with supervisors * Maintain a clean and organized work area Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
