LOVARC is looking to hire a Caregiver for La Paloma Group Home for disabled adults. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and caring. The available shifts are as follows: · Weekend morning shifts from 5am – 9am · Thursday and Friday Evening shifts from 2pm-9pm · Friday overnight shift from 9pm – 9am We provide all training and CPR and First Aid Certifications. LOVARC screenings will include reference checks, pre-employment physical, fingerprinting and a drug screen prior to employment. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met - Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy Qualifications: - Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with transfers - Familiarity with medication administration protocols - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.75 - $17.75 per hour DOE Schedule: Morning shifts on weekends Evening shifts on Thursday and Friday Overnight shift on Friday On call Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Required) Medication administration: 1 year (Required) Meal preparation: 1 year (Required) Cleaning: 1 year (Required) Heavy lifting: 1 year (Required) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.75 - $17.75 per hour Benefits: Paid training Schedule: Evening shift Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Morning shift Overnight shift Work Location: In person
