Calibration is performed to NIST traceable standards under A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, with a focus on quality and fast 5-business-day turnaround.Position Overview:We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. This role coordinates onsite calibration scheduling between technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Serve as primary point of contact for onsite calibration scheduling, coordinating communication between technicians, lab teams, customers, and vendorsMaintain daily/weekly schedules to ensure accurate resource allocation and timely completionAdd, update, and manage instrumentation and onsite service requests with accuracySupport field technicians during onsite work by handling real-time needs and coordination issuesFollow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concernsIdentify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or risksPrepare, review, and verify onsite service packets for accurate billing and documentationTrack onsite paperwork, service records, and system updates for accuracyMaintain scheduling calendars to align team priorities and workflowManage company vehicle logs and key distribution for technician useBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to support service qualityAct as liaison between laboratory teams, office staff, and customersRequirements and Skills:Must have proven Calibration experienceMilitary PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visitsValid driver's license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.Benefits: MQC offers comprehensive benefits includingBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k) w/ 4% match; paid vacation.Incentives & Recognition: Referral bonuses, birthday perks, team appreciationWorkplace Culture: Daily coffee, Friday donuts, monthly lunches, holiday events, team outings.We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerMQC is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.Company DescriptionMicro Quality Calibration (MQC), established in 1978, is a leading A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-2017 Accredited Metrology lab specializing in calibration, repair, testing, and sales of precision measurement instruments.
