Practice Details: Practice Setting: Inpatient onlyPatient Population: AdultBed Count: 28 beds in the critical care unitPatient Load: 4-16 patients per shiftRounding: Unassigned patients Responsibilities: Admissions: Required for patients in the critical care unit.Clinical Duties: Manage and round on patients, complete all necessary documentation in the EMR system (Epic), and collaborate with the healthcare team.Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Requirements: Board Certification: Required (Eligible if board certified in Internal Medicine with a Critical Care Medicine fellowship).Certifications: ACLS, ABLS, and BLS certifications are required. ATLS and PALS are not required.State License: Active and unrestricted Arizona license is required.Credentialing: Estimated at 30 days.Background: Must have a clean malpractice history and NPDB report due to the urgency of the need.
