Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join a fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while supporting daily driver operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and provide professional front-office supportCommunicate with drivers throughout the day regarding routes, delays, and updatesCollect, scan, file, and maintain daily driver paperworkMonitor emails and respond promptly to internal and external communicationsTrack driver activity and provide mid-day and end-of-day reports using ExcelAssist drivers with equipment issues and coordinate with technical support teamsNotify stores and customers of delivery delays via phone and emailCreate returns, tickets, and schedule pickups as neededGenerate driver performance reports and support daily operational needsWork independently while also supporting team objectivesQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish is requiredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent attendance and reliability are a mustAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressureBasic computer proficiency, including Excel and email communicationStrong customer service and communication skillsSchedule & PayTraining Period (First 2 Weeks): Part-Time | 8:30 AM – 1:30 PMRegular Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or until work is completed)Occasional overtime required as neededPay: Starting at $17/hour, depending on experienceEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
