Patient Relations Supervisor

Position Summary:Peachtree Spine and Sports Physicians is seeking a Patient Relations Supervisor to lead our patient experience team and ensure a consistently high level of patient communication and service. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring all patient interactions reflect our commitment to efficient, compassionate, and professional care. The Patient Relations Supervisor will oversee workflow, coach team members, and help improve the overall patient experience across all communication channels.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of the Patient experience teamMonitor call quality, response times, and service standardsProvide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team membersAssist with scheduling, coverage, and workflow coordinationHandle escalated patient concerns and complex inquiriesEnsure accurate documentation of patient interactions in EPICDevelop and reinforce call scripts, workflows, and best practicesCollaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and patient satisfactionSupport onboarding and training of new team membersTrack and report team performance metricsQualifications:2–4+ years of experience in call center, patient services, customer service, or healthcare operationsPrior supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with EPIC or other EMR systems preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPatient-centered, professional mindsetPreferred Experience:Healthcare, orthopedic, spine, or medical office experienceExperience leading or mentoring teamsFamiliarity with scheduling, intake, or referral workflowsExperience improving call center performance metricsBenefits:Peachtree Spine and Sports Physicians offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance benefits, paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and 401(k) with company matching.Core Competencies:Leadership and team developmentPatient-focused communicationAccountability and operational consistencyProcess improvement mindsetStrong organizational skills
