Hiring: Functional Project Manager – Indianapolis, INWe are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager to lead business-focused projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from planning through execution.Location: Indianapolis, INWork Arrangement: OnsiteJob Type: ContractRelocation: Candidates must be based in Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate and work onsite from Day 1.Key Responsibilities• Lead functional projects from initiation through successful delivery• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and objectives• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies• Track project progress, risks, issues, and overall project health• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates• Manage scope, priorities, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle• Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and roadblocksRequired Skills• Strong experience in Functional Project Management• Proven experience managing business and technology projects• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, and business workflows• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience working with cross-functional teams• Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies• Experience with project planning, risk management, and status reporting• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teamsWhat we are looking for:A hands-on project leader who can work closely with business stakeholders, take ownership of delivery, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.📩 Interested candidates: Please send your updated resume to abhishek.singh@arkhyatech.comImportant: This is an onsite role in Indianapolis, IN.
