Site Manager of DTS Forth Worth Campus

Job Summary The Site Manager of Fort Worth Extension Campus will reside in the Fort Worth area and is responsible for fostering student engagement by providing proactive and timely support during students' initial months as an online student and throughout their academic program. Provides support in event coordination and logistics. Serves as a customer service professional, mentor, and motivational figure during student's online academic journey. Represents the school by embracing the school's unique online educational model and maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the physical Fort Worth site such as preparing materials for events, meetings, and creating a hospitable workspace Act as office manager to purchase and resupply office equipment Perform event coordination, logistics, and hospitality duties to create a welcoming space for church partners, students, staff, and faculty on site Efficiently and professionally support online students with clear communication, concerned care, creative and timely solutions to problems. Responsible for hosting all FW classes at our teaching location at Christ Chapel Bible Church Monitor student progress, identify situations that require attention, and counsel students appropriately. Contact students who are not engaging effectively in their courses. Learn the structure of the first-term courses to be able to offer strategies for success specific to the course learning goals and requirements. Main contact and coordinator for regular Distance Education student events Maintain high volume and high-quality student contacts daily to achieve goals. Coordinate with staff members to provide timely and accurate answers to student questions. Attend departmental meetings. Make routine travel to various regional sites to provide community opportunities for online students. Research, track, and interpret OL/DE student trends.
