We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees.
Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Provide IT support to employees
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades performed on computer systems
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Office Suite, Jira, Remedy
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
