The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts while ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal operation.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.QualificationsProven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or similar role.Technical degree or certification in machining or related field is preferred.Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tools.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
