Job Description Job OverviewWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our warehouse operations team in Piscataway, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage products according to company specifications and quality standardsLabel, seal, and prepare products for shipmentInspect products for defects or damage before packagingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety guidelines and warehouse proceduresMeet daily production and packaging goalsAssist with general warehouse duties as assignedWork collaboratively with team members and supervisorsQualificationsPrevious warehouse or packaging experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAuthorized to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
