$60-$65 per hour Nashville, TN Contract Duration: 18 Months Contract Job description: Job Summary Seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager III with an engineering background to support Operations Engineering projects. The role is responsible for managing vendors, coordinating with cross-functional partners, hosting weekly project calls, reducing project risks, and driving projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage vendors and coordinate project activities. Host weekly calls with vendors and project managers. Collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams. Monitor and reduce project risks. Manage vendor scorecards and performance tracking. Drive projects from start to finish. Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders. Support Operations Engineering initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of Project or Program Management experience. Engineering background. Strong communication skills, especially for vendor coordination and partner collaboration. Experience with stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness to learn.
