Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs - Utilize strong sales skills to promote products and increase sales - Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and managing inventory - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner - Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and maintain store efficiency - Supervise and assist other sales associates as needed - Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience Experience: - Previous retail sales experience is essential - Experience with cash handling and stock management is preferred - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant asset - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed - Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus Skills: - Retail sales experience - Strong sales skills - Proficiency with cash register operations - Bilingual or multilingual abilities - Stock and inventory management - Ability to sell and communicate effectively - Experience with cash handling and customer service - Supervisory skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Are you currently employed?
