Training Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Technician to join our company and support our Rushville, Indiana location.As a Training Technician for Corteva Agriscience, you will provide training to employees to ensure they all have a thorough understanding of Corteva's safety and quality standards and are able to apply that learning to their daily responsibilities. You will be responsible for all aspects of the technical training requirements, including the development of new training materials, maintaining the training calendar, facilitating engaging hands-on training, and coordinating training events.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.What You’ll DoExecute site training on the following topics: Safety, Health & Environment, Continuous Improvement, Quality System, and Process documentationLead training and related communication, credibility, enthusiasm, and energyApply adult learning theory techniques to deliver engaging and effective training programs.
