With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.#PGH-SKLWhat You Will Have An Opportunity To DoWhat You Will Be DoingStrategy & Brand ManagementDevelop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with occupancy, ADR, and revenue goalsMaintain brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all guest touchpointsPosition the property within competitive sets and destination marketsDigital Marketing & WebsiteOversee website content and updates to drive bookings and conversionsManage vendors (with DOSM and DORM) for SEO/GEO, paid search, display, and retargeting campaignsAnalyze website performance, booking paths, AI effectiveness, and conversion ratesCollaborate with the DORM to create impactful booking campaignsDesign multi-channel campaigns and promotional calendarsEmail & CRM MarketingPlan and execute email campaigns for promotions, events, packages, and loyalty guestsSegment guest databases and define target audiences, messaging, and timingOptimize subject lines, content, cadence, and performance metricsAnalyze results and refine future campaignsSocial Media & ContentDevelop social media strategy and content calendarsLead photo/video shoots showcasing rooms, dining, spa, and experiencesMonitor engagement and manage community interactionsEvaluate platform performance and content ROIPromotions, Packages & CampaignsPartner with revenue management to develop packages and offersPromote seasonal experiences, wellness programming, dining events, and holidaysTrack campaign ROI and adjust strategies accordinglyPublic Relations & PartnershipsCoordinate PR initiatives, media outreach, and press staysBuild relationships with tourism boards, chambers, and local partnersManage influencer collaborations and agency relationshipsOn-Property MarketingCollaborate with design partners to produce guest-facing collateral (signage, menus, programming guides, digital displays)Ensure brand consistency across all departmentsSupport internal teams with marketing materialsReputation & Review ManagementMonitor and respond to online reviewsAnalyze guest feedback to inform marketing and operational improvementsPartner with operations to address recurring concernsData, Reporting & BudgetTrack KPIs including campaign performance, engagement, and ROIManage budgets, vendor contracts, and timelinesProduce regular reports with insights and recommendationsWhat are we looking for?Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle brandsStrong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plansExpertise in digital marketing, including website optimization, paid media, SEO, and CRM/email marketingExperience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performanceExperience with content creation, social media strategy, and brand storytellingAbility to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectivelyStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferredExperience in events and experiential marketing (retreats, weddings, group programs)Familiarity with hospitality marketing metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR)Experience supporting on-site activations and guest programmingSuccess in This Role Looks LikeMeasurable impact on occupancy, revenue, and direct bookingsHigh-performing campaigns with strong ROIConsistent and compelling brand presence across all channelsGrowth in engagement, audience reach, and guest loyaltyEffective collaboration across departments and partnersCompensation$80,000$84,000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
