This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within a collaborative group setting.Role Summary:As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based primary care services to a diverse patient panel, from infants to geriatrics. Your focus will be on diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, promoting preventive health, managing chronic diseases, and coordinating care within a multi-specialty environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan.Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and formulate diagnoses.Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic diseases common in family medicine.Order, interpret, and follow up on appropriate diagnostic tests and labs.Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.Emphasize preventive care, including screenings, counseling, and immunizations.Collaborate effectively with specialists and other healthcare providers within the group and community for coordinated care.Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the electronic health record system.Participate in practice-based quality improvement activities and adhere to clinical guidelines.Qualifications:Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution (Required).Training: Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program (Required).Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Medicine (Required).License: Eligible for or possess an active, unrestricted New York State medical license and DEA registration (Required).Location Highlights:The Clyde, NY area, situated near the picturesque Finger Lakes region, offers an exceptional quality of life.
