Core responsibilities include maintaining the highest level of Alamo's awesome hospitality and safety standards so our guests can enjoy a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment.What We OfferA fun workplace where you can be yourself and do awesome work!Free movies & foodPaid time offCompetitive payFlexible schedulingMedical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and voluntary benefits are available for all full-time and part-time teammatesOur MissionTo Ensure Every Guest and Teammate Has An AWESOME Experience And Is EXCITED To Come BackCore Role ResponsibilitiesMaintains and supports all company safety standardsConducts quality food checks and delivers food/beverage orders to the correct seats consistent with venue theater floor mapsKnowledgeable of the Alamo menu and common allergens; takes necessary safety precautions as neededResponsible for safe alcohol service, including checking IDs on drink delivery and monitoring guest consumption, following local and state regulationsChecks guest tickets to ensure they are in the correct seatMaintains a cheerful, courteous disposition with guests and teammates, and communicates efficiently with Production staff, Greeters, Managers, and guestsAnticipates guest needs and monitors notifications for guest requestsFocuses on supporting guests as needed, while limiting disruptionsResponsible for theater, lobby, and restroom cleaning, as well as opening and closing duties as assigned, to maintain cleanliness standards across all high-touch areasProvides support in identifying guest issues and reports them to the management teamAnticipates and maintains appropriate stocking levels of necessary supplies, completes prep and side work, and assists with additional operational tasks as needed for efficient serviceCompletes tasks with efficiency and a sense of urgencyDemonstrates strong teamwork skillsKnowledgeable of Alamo policies, procedures, and safety standardsOther duties as assignedPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in hospitality/guest servicesPrior food and beverage safety/handling experienceRequirementsAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week, at least one day being a weekend)Ability to move with caution and work collaboratively in a loud, sometimes dark, fast-paced environmentAbility to bend, duck, crouch, walk up and down stairs, carry multiple plates/trays, and deliver food while limiting disruptionsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at one time and repeatedly during entire shiftAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to maintain physical stamina and coordination in a fast-paced settingStays up-to-date on all local food/beverage compliance regulations, safety courses, and assigned online trainingsReliable transportationAbility to climb stairsOur Core ValuesDo The Right Thing: We strive to be a force of good in our company, in our industry and in the world.
