This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Melbourne, Florida; Arlington, Virginia; or Anaheim, California (Southern California). Occasional travel to client sites and up to 10% travel may be required.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Program Sustainment Team in maintaining trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal communications.Assist with the development, review, and publication of GTC procedures and policy documentation.Support project management activities, including project tracking, task management, and change management processes.Identify opportunities for system and process improvements, including automation of internal workflows and business processes.Maintain and manage SharePoint resources, including calendars, documentation repositories, and organizational structures.Support trade compliance training programs, including summits, conferences, and in-person, virtual, or hybrid training events.Assist with drafting and testing training courses and related educational materials.Maintain training records and repositories, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with HR Talent Enablement and business segments.Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Program Sustainment, Corporate GTC Directors, and Corporate Senior Director as required.Assist with activities related to consent agreement obligations and internal compliance initiatives.Travel as needed to support meetings or program functions at client facilities.QualificationsSr. Associate - Trade Compliance (Level 2)Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, ORGraduate degree with 0-2 years of related experience, ORMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations.Awareness of OFAC and BATFE regulations.Specialist - Trade Compliance (Level 3)Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience, ORGraduate degree with 2+ years of related experience, ORMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.Proficient knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations.Preferred QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with task and process automation.Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for workflow or operational efficiency.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment with competing priorities.Strong collaboration and team‐oriented mindset.Self‐motivated and capable of working independently.Demonstrated problem‐solving skills and adaptability.Ability to deliver high‐quality work within tight deadlines.Employment Prerequisites The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.Soc, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer,EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability .#J-18808-Ljbffr
