The Facesof Freedom Art Exhibit is headquartered in the same location as our office in Centennial, CO.Position OverviewFreedom 58 Project is seeking a hands-on, strategic Operations Director to join our leadershipteam. This in-office role oversees day-to-day operations, budgeting, donor systems, and arttour and event execution, while also contributing to long-term growth and expansion planning.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, financial acumen, creativeproblem-solving abilities, fantastic people skills, and a passion for justice.This is a unique opportunity to help scale a dynamic nonprofit in a critical growth phase,expanding both our U.S.- based awareness work and our international programs focused ontrafficking prevention in South Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & AdministrationOversee and optimize daily administrative functions in our Centennial office and art exhibit space.Manage vendors, communications, schedules, supplies, and physical environment.Maintain documentation, process improvement, and internal systems.Budget & FinanceCollaborate with the Executive Director and Board Treasurer on annual budget planning.Track expenses, issue payments, and prepare reports for internal review and audit.Ensure donor receipting and compliance processes are timely and accurate. Donor & CRM ManagementUse HubSpot to manage donor data, communications, and lifecycle engagement.Oversee donor receipting, segmentation, acknowledgments, and reporting.Support donor and artist engagement, events, and ongoing stewardship campaigns.Events & Exhibit LeadershipPlan and execute community events, fundraising gatherings, and art exhibit installations.Coordinate logistics, vendors, volunteers, guest tours, and speaker/training elements to ensure seamless execution.Lead or schedule guided tours of the Faces of Freedom exhibit.Qualifications3–5 years in nonprofit operations, program management, development, or similar leadership rolesProven experience managing budgets, donor systems, and digital communicationsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a mission-driven teamComfortable working in a growing organization with both structure and fluidityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM preferredCommitment to justice, dignity, and restoration as outlined in Freedom 58’s core valuesChristian faith and alignment with Freedom 58’s missionPosition DetailsPart-time: 15-20 hours/week, flexible based on candidate qualifications. Additional compensation for special projectsCompensation: $35 per hour, Freedom 58 covers withholding taxes
