Job OpportunityOur client, a leading manufacturer in the produce industry, is seeking a Grader to join their team. As a Grader, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: GraderLocation: Pharr, TXPay Range: $9.00 per hourWhat's the Job?Assess and categorize products based on attributes like color, species, dimensions, appearance, texture, smell, quality, and weight.Distinguish between various product characteristics and identify defects.Package products in accordance with specified requirements.Report defective products or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.Discard subpar or faulty products, while packaging acceptable ones for further processing.What's Needed?Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between various product characteristics.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
